In light of the proliferation of Remote and hybrid work options, Hire Link USA believes Job-seekers with disabilities should have more representation in the Remote Workforce. People with disabilities arguably make the strongest case for remote work and hybrid options, although they are least represented in the Remote Workforce. Rural residents lacking fiber infrastructure cannot meet prerequisite internet speeds for Remote employment, and residents with disabilities face addition hardships and competition when lacking sufficient internet. Your contribution will be donated to the Accessible Homes Relief Fund to support education, research and philanthropic activities to help home-bound job-seekers obtain Home Fiber Installation at no cost. The Accessible Homes Relief Fund is operated and managed by Hire Link USA and its education, philanthropic and industry partners.
